			<description>&lt;b&gt;U10 Referee Volunteer Point (RVP) System&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Each U10 Divsion team will be asked to provide two new volunteers to be trained as Basic Referees. The new recruits can be parents, family and friends, or youth (11 and older). New referees will be affiliated with their respective teams. These referees will earn points toward their team&apos;s Division standings when they referee games.</description>

New referees will start as Assistant Referees, usually in the U10 Division. An experieced referee will be assigned to referee these games and support new referees as they learn game day procedures and how to apply the laws of the game. Mentors also help ensure that coaches, parents, and referees work together to give players a positive soccer experience. </description>
