Game Cards

This year you will be using computer printable AYSO line-up cards. Instructions and a template for pre-printing AYSO game cards is available at www.aysohelp.org. (From the home page, just click on “printable line-up cards” in the left hand column.)The template allows you to fill out a game card with player names, numbers and team information that can be printed on the attached perforated line-up cards. You, the coach, will fill out a single game card and 4 per sheet will automatically be completed. (Please note, however, that the date and opposing team information must be filled in separately on each card.) Once again, all instructions can be found on the above website. (A suggestion would be to print your first attempt at this on a regular sheet of blank 11x14 printer paper. Once you have mastered the process, then use the line-up card stock provided.)

To use printable AYSO Official Line-up Cards you will need the following:

• AYSO Official line-up card stock (attached)
• A printer that can print legal size paper
• Adobe Reader loaded on your computer. If you do not have Adobe Reader you can download it free by following the guidance on aysohelp.org
