2010 Registration
FALL 2010 WAIT LIST REGISTRATION
We are accepting Wait List Registration for boys and girls born between
Aug 1, 1991 and July 31, 2006. How to get on our wait list:
1. COMPLETE YOUR PAPERWORK
Complete your online registration at http://www.eayso.org.
EAYSO works best on Windows PCs; people have encountered issues when using a MAC. We suggest you register using a Windows PC to minimize issues.

Print/sign/date/initial two copies all your player & volunteer paperwork
MAC users please be sure to print all registration pages (two pages for players, three for volunteers).
PLAYERS NEW to Burlingame AYSO must send A COPY OF A BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR PASSPORT to prove date of birth.
ALL VOLUNTEERS must send A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE to complete registration.
2. SEND US YOUR PAPERWORK & PAYMENT
PLAYERS: Mail payment & paperwork to Registrar Doug Ulrich, 1637 Coronado Way, Burlingame CA 94010
Registration Fees: Please include one check per registrant as we cannot guarantee spots for all wait-listed registrants.
Residents: $160 per child; Non-residents: $190.
Checks payable to AYSO Region 63.
VOLUNTEERS: Mail your paperwork and copy of your Drivers License to Nigel Walker, 20 Howland Hill Lane, Burlingame CA 94010
3. HOW WE PLACE REGISTRANTS ON TEAMS
Those on a wait list will be placed on a team only if the number of trained volunteer coaches and referees allows and there is room in your child's particular divisions.
Some divisions have limited space; players will be placed on a first come, first serve basis.
AYSO is a volunteer organization dependent on our parents to volunteer. WITHOUT MORE VOLUNTEERS OUR PROGRAM MUST BECOME MORE LIMITED!
