GET READY FOR FALL 2010 SOCCER!

Registration dates are set, mark your calendars and get kicking those soccer balls! Registration for all boys and girls born between Aug 1, 1991 and July 31, 2006 will take place in person at the Burlingame Park & Rec Center on the following dates:

Saturday April 10th 9am-1pm
Saturday April 17th 1pm-5pm
Saturday April 24th 9am-1pm
Saturday May 1st 1pm-5pm

For those that register:

- Between April 10th – May 1st: Residents: $120.00* per child; Non-residents: $150.00.
- After May 2nd: Residents: $160.00 per child; Non-residents: $190.00. (check website in May for dates)
- Cash or Check made payable to AYSO Region 63 only – NO Credit Cards

- Some divisions have limited space; players will be placed on a first come, first serve basis.
- Registrants received after May 1st will be place on a wait list.
- Those on the waiting list will be placed on a team only if the number of trained, volunteer coaches and referees allows.
- AYSO is a volunteer organization dependent on our parents to volunteer.
- WITHOUT MORE VOLUNTEERS OUR PROGRAM MUST BECOME MORE LIMITED!

TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS:

All PLAYERS, COACHES & REFEREES must first complete online registration at www.eAYSO.org BEFORE attending onsite registration.

• PRINT, SIGN & BRING TWO COPIES (bring three if you want a receipt) to registration with your payment in order to complete the registration process.
• SAVE A TREE -- PLEASE PRINT FRONT AND BACK!
• NEW PLAYERS to Burlingame AYSO must also BRING A COPY OF A BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR PASSPORT to prove date of birth.
