Welcome to the 2014 Fall Season
2014 Registration Information
Onsite (Early Bird) Registration is over... But you can still register and pay online. You will be placed on the wait list to ensure we have enough volunteers!
All boys and girls born between August 1, 1995 and July 31, 2010 are eligible.
Registration is $180.00 per child and Non-residents of Burlingame to $240.00 per child.
Please note: This year all players will be put on a waiting list. Those on the waiting list will be placed on a team only if the number of trained, volunteer coaches and referees allows. We are a volunteer organization dependent on parents to volunteer. Without more volunteers our program must become more limited.
All Players MUST register online at http://www.eayso.org. Save Trees - DO NOT PRINT any copies despite any messages on eAYSO.
Please use the same eAYSO account you used last year to register your child(ren). Once logged in - for returning players, click the link for “Application for a returning player”, for new players click “Application for a new player” after you complete the application(s) you can pay online.
There is a problem recovering passwords from @yahoo.com accounts! If you forgot your password and you have a yahoo email, we have seen problems were people are not getting the password reset email. Instead of click the forgot password on the home screen of eAYSO.org - click the "Forgot Login E-mail ?", you will still have to enter your name (the name of the parent who created the eAYSO account), your phone number, then answer your "secret question", but then you can have the email reset sent to an alternative email address. Enter another email there that is not @yahoo.com that you can get to and you will be able to receive the temporary password to get into your account.
Please note: if you use either forgot password or forgot login email, the password sent by eAYSO is a TEMPORARY password that will expire. Once you login to your eAYSO account, please change your password to something you will remember. To change the password select "Change Password" from the "MyeAYSO" menu on the upper left of the screen.
A birth certificate or other proof of birth date (such as passport) if your child is a new player in Burlingame must be emailed to email@example.com.
Payment will now be taken online! Please see Completing Online Payment Registration for details.
If you signed up early but did not pay at one of the onsite registrations, payment can now be made online at the regular registration fee. See above instructions.
Coaches, Referees, and other Volunteers MUST also fill in a volunteer form online at http://www.eayso.org and new volunteers must bring their drivers license. NO COACH will be signed up unless they have filled in the form online. Save Trees - DO NOT PRINT any copies despite any messages on eAYSO.
We are a 100% volunteer organization and need everyone's help to run our fall-season program; over 1,600-players and 90+ games each week. Small volunteer roles are available such as field set up and take down and help with opening day festivities. AYSO provides training for volunteer Coaches and Referees. Help us give our kids a great soccer experience while connecting with people in your community.
Register online as a Region 63 volunteer at the AYSO National website eAYSO.org.
