Host a Coach

Learn about another country without having to travel!

We invite all families to join in our "Host a Coach" program. It has been a huge success over the years and we would like all our UK coaches to experience and appreciate the real American lifestyle. American families also get the opportunity to have a cultural and sporting exchange by learning about the British and European way of life. Click here to learn more.

Game Schedule and Standings

Your team's season schedule will be posted on burlingameayso.org once it has been created. The opening day parade and season opening games are on Sept 7.

Due to privacy concerns, we cannot list team assignments on the website, but coaches will be reaching out to you in mid-August. If you haven’t heard from your coach by late August, you can inquire with your division coordinator, which you can find here.

Kid Zone

The national media has focused on the negative, even violent, behavior of players, coaches and parents involved in youth sports. In a proactive effort to counteract this trend of violence, AYSO has a program called Kids Zone.

As part of AYSO’s education agenda, Kids Zone is a dynamic program targeted to eliminate negative sideline behavior. It is aimed toward producing a thoroughly positive impact on everyone involved in youth soccer. To execute this program, three basic elements are involved:

  1. The Button. This is a pin-on button bearing the program’s logo. This will be worn by program supporters at games, and will serve as a reminder of the importance of positive sideline behavior.
  2. The Sign. A large sign, which lists positive behavior standards, will be posted at the entrance of participating fields. Parents and spectators who will abide by these standards are welcome - all others are not.
  3. The Pledge. We request AYSO parents to sign a pledge that holds them to the Kids Zone standards. Click for a PDF of the pledge.
